What are your delivery fees and what's included?

Our delivery fee covers transportation to/from your location, full set-up and take down of your equipment, and cleaning/sanitizing of equipment before delivery and upon return. Our delivery fees are:

  • $25 - Columbia Falls and Glacier Intl Airport (FCA)
  • $30 - Coram, Creston, Hungry Horse, Lake Blaine, West Glacier and Whitefish
  • $35 - Kalispell
  • $40 - Bigfork, Lakeside and Somers
  • $20 - An additional $20 same day delivery fee will be applied to the above charge for orders that require same day service.
  • Locations outside of our delivery area can sometimes be accommodated (on a case-by-case basis and depending on our schedule), but are subject to additional mileage charges. Sorry, but we do not service East Glacier.

Are your products safe and clean?

Safety is our #1 concern! Our baby equipment is purchased new and we are registered with www.cpsc.gov to stay on top of all product recalls. Our cribs meet the safety standards put forth by the Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC), and we offer as many JPMA certified products as possible. We inspect, clean and sanitize every piece of equipment upon return, and do not rent anything that we would not use with one of our own children. The equipment you receive is clean, safe and defect free!

Do I need to clean the equipment/linens before they're returned?

No, we completely clean the equipment after your rental. However, we do ask that you return the equipment wiped free of crumbs, and try to clean any spills or accidents when they occur to help prevent permanent damage or stains.


Please don't worry about washing the linens prior to returning them. We wash and sanitize all equipment and linens between each use with natural, non-toxic, hypoallergenic, biodegradable and pH balanced sanitizers and detergent ~ it's all part of the service! To prevent mildew, we ask that you do not place damp linens in a plastic bag.

What if there is a problem with one of my rental items?

Please examine all items at the time of delivery (or as soon as you arrive at your delivery location) and notify us immediately if there is a problem. Do not use any item that you suspect is unsafe.

What happens if I lose, damage or return my equipment dirty?

We all know that accidents happen, and that normal wear and tear is, well, normal. Please let us know right away if you do lose or break something, as we strive to keep our equipment in the best condition possible for all our clients' babies and toddlers. If a rented item(s) is not returned, or is found to be damaged and/or missing parts, you may be charged for the cost or replacement/repair. If an item is returned extremely dirty, you will be charged the additional cleaning charges. Please refer to our Rental Agreement, Terms & Conditions for more information.

What if I am not satisfied with my order?

We want you to have a great experience and enjoy your time in the Flathead Valley! If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your equipment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make it right.
